Description
High frequency Roger PCB circuit boards
Special circuit board with higher electromagnetic frequency, generally speaking, high frequency can be defined as the frequency above 1GHz.  Its physical performance, accuracy, technical parameters are very high requirements, often used in automotive anti-collision systems, satellite systems, radio systems and other fields.
High-frequency circuit board refers to special circuit board with high electromagnetic frequency. It is used for PCB in the field of high frequency (frequency greater than 300MHZ or wavelength less than 1 meter) and microwave (frequency greater than 3GHZ or wavelength less than 0.1 meter). It is a circuit board produced by using part of the common rigid circuit board manufacturing process or special processing method on microwave base material copper-clad plate. In general, high-frequency boards can be defined as circuit boards with frequencies above 1GHz.
About Rogers RO4350b
About Rogers RO4350b
Rogers RO4350B material is a proprietary glass fiber reinforced hydrocarbon/ceramic material with electrical properties similar to PTFE/glass fiber, and has the manufacturability of epoxy resin/glass.
The RO4350B laminate can strictly control the dielectric constant (Dk) and maintain low loss, while using the same processing method as standard epoxy resin/glass. The cost of RO4350B laminates is only a small part of traditional microwave laminates and does not require special through-hole treatment or processing procedures like PTFE based materials. These materials comply with UL 94 V-0 rating and are suitable for active devices and high-power RF designs.
RO4350B not only has excellent electrical characteristics such as good high-frequency efficiency and low RF loss. RO4350B has low production cost and excellent other characteristics such as being able to be mixed with FR4 multi-layer. RO4350B can be considered a cost-effective RF board.
RO4350B high-frequency/microwave PCB for different applications, such as remote control (wireless control)Security, smartphones, sensors, etc.
